Traditional southern sides - fried okra, etc. The be...We have been through Troy on numerous occasions and always wanted to try Sisters but our timing was always wrong, they were closed. But this time through our timing was correct and they were open so wWe stopped for a sit down meal, hoping for good things based on other reviews. It has been some time since I've been through Troy and had the pleasure of eating at Sisters but I love this restaurant. I traveled extensively in the US for work and rate cities based on the food. Sisters is my favorite restaurant. I have been to lots of great restaurants over the years but if I could only go back to one restaurant this would be the one. Everything on the buffet that I tried was above par except for a couple of things I felt were on par. I am not easily impressed but the food was unexpectedly excellent. Long live Sisters!
